Founded 2022 · Montreal
Pilatika Pilates was founded in Montreal with a single reformer and a clear vision. What started as a small, focused practice has evolved into a rapidly growing brand encompassing multiple locations with continued expansion ahead.
Find a Studio →"I built Pilatika because I couldn't find what I was looking for — intensity, precision, and real connection in one place."
— The Method —
The Pilatika method is built from the ground up — a study in precision, intention, and intensity. It is not a routine. It is not a sequence. It is a discipline. One designed to challenge the body, sharpen the mind, and create a result that is felt long after the class ends.
Every movement is intentional. Every adjustment matters. Our instructors are meticulously trained in the Pilatika method, ensuring that no detail is left to chance.
The Pilatika burn is not an accident — it is engineered. Every class is designed to push past comfort while honouring form, delivering results that compound over time.
The work is physical. The experience is communal. Pilatika is built on the energy of the room and the relationships that form within it — a community that shows up for one another.
Our Classes
Our flagship class. Spring-loaded resistance, full-body engagement, and the unmistakable Pilatika burn. Designed to deliver real results from the very first session.
Bodyweight precision at its most pure. The same Pilatika intensity expressed in a different language — challenging in a way only mat can be.
An elevated extension of the reformer. Deeper range of motion, greater resistance, and a different physical conversation entirely.
Small equipment. Major impact. Builds balance, stability, and control in ways no other apparatus can replicate.
"The method is the difference. Everything else is detail."
— The Pilatika Standard
Each studio carries its own energy — united by the same method and standard of excellence.
Pilatika Academy
The Pilatika Academy extends the method beyond the studio. An immersive training program for instructors who don't just know the method — they embody it.
Built on biomechanics and functional movement, developed by Maude Bergeron — kinesiologist and Head of Instructor Training.
Maude leads each training from start to finish. Her expertise spans rehabilitation to high-performance training — ensuring every graduate is not only knowledgeable, but highly effective from day one.

The Café
West Island is the only Pilatika studio with an in-house café. A space to arrive early, stay late, and connect with the community that makes this place what it is.
