Kayla Pomponio started Pilatika with a single reformer, a bold vision, and a deep belief in the power of movement to transform lives. After experiencing firsthand how Pilates could heal both physically and emotionally, she set out to build the kind of studio she had always longed for but could never find — one rooted in quality, integrity, and genuine care.
What began with just one reformer has grown into multiple studios — each filled with strength, energy, and community. That momentum and the trust of a loyal client base continues to propel Pilatika forward.
